Construction of house in London marks significant step toward Karmod's goal of realizing steel construction house projects across European countries, says company's chairman of board.

Karmod has completed and delivered a steel detached house project in London, the company said in a statement on Friday.

"The 121 square meter house, which includes a closed car garage, was completed and ready for occupancy in 35 days," Mehmet Cankaya, the company's chairman of the board, was "ed as saying in the statement.

The construction of the house in London marks a significant step towards Karmod's goal of realizing steel construction house projects across European countries, Cankaya said.

Highlighting the company's progress towards high-value housing project goals in Europe, Cankaya noted that the company has been making significant efforts over the past two years to sell houses in European countries.

"While safety regulations of the building are generally similar across Europe, there are some differences specific to each country," he said.

These differences arise from architectural design preferences, climate conditions, and building safety standards, he added.

"We have been working on projects that meet both general construction standards and specific country requirements for steel house sales. Our steel housing projects in various European countries over the past year are the result of this effort. In addition to the UK, we have built houses in France, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Ukraine, Romania, Bulgaria, and Greece," Cankaya said.

Cankaya also emphasized that they possess production technology for light steel structures that meet European standards.

Cankaya said although they comply with steel construction production technology and quality for project in European countries, the company faces difficulties in producing projects that comply with the architectural design and building safety requirements of these countries.

"However, Karmod has made significant progress in this area as well," he noted. -
